Server has been updated to the newest version

* Fixed bugs with skill slot item
* Avoid sending invitations if the room is full
* Send club chat message response if there are no club members connected
* Added yellow ping ray
* Ion drinks won't be used if the reward is zero
* Fixed wrong team camera after joining room
* Added RECONNECTING feature
* Permanently increased exp on Rookie Server
* Some new clothes in the shop
